They are seeking a Test Facility Technician who will be responsible for testing equipment, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical control systems, and ensuring effective communication with customers during acceptance tests.

Responsibilities
Develop a good understanding of the equipment to provide effective and efficient testing that will meet or exceed customer expectation
Testing equipment to ensure calibrations and configurations of the equipment are in good working order
Effective troubleshooting in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical control systems
Good communication skills in order to work with customers during customer acceptance tests
Regular contact with all levels of personnel throughout the organization
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Experience working with concrete is preferred
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalency required
Basic mechanical aptitude
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to professionally and comfortably interact with all departments
Ability to work in areas where temperatures and noise levels can be extreme
The majority of the work performed will be outside exposed to all elements
Ability to learn and work under pressure meeting deadlines
Regular and reliable attendance
Preferred
Applicable vocation training preferred
Experience working with concrete is preferred
Experience with heavy equipment, forklifts or man lifts preferred
