Responsibilities
Lead and manage financial advisory engagements for municipal clients
Develop and recommend financing programs and debt management strategies compliant with local bond laws and regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact with city officials, bond counsel, underwriters, and other stakeholders
Analyze client financial conditions, budget operations, and outstanding indebtedness to craft financial stability plans
Oversee preparation and review of bond documents, official statements, and credit presentations
Guide presentations and communications with rating agencies, insurers, and investors
Supervise team activities to ensure thorough and timely delivery of services
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and affirmative action requirements
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in municipal finance advisory, with successful project leadership in public sector debt management
In-depth knowledge of local government finance statutes, bond issuance, and regulatory frameworks
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
Preferred
Relevant certifications such as CFA, CPA, or Municipal Advisor Registration
