Responsibilities
Interpret and apply global regulatory requirements to all daily tasks, ensuring compliance across diverse jurisdictions
Monitor and enforce market-specific requirements in over 30 countries, including accurate identification of record dates and voting deadlines
Create and validate global corporate action events, including setting agendas, preparing billing information, and reviewing materials for accuracy
Generate, verify, and authorize tabulation voting reports and vote instruction messages with precision and timeliness
Execute all responsibilities in alignment with company guidelines and regulatory policies
Proactively identify and escalate potential issues to mitigate risk and maintain compliance standards
Consistently meet strict daily deadlines to ensure regulatory obligations are fulfilled
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, fostering a strong team-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate Excel skills required, experience with Teams is a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional attention to detail
High degree of flexibility and adaptability
Skilled in organizing and prioritizing workload
Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent visual inspection and research skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs
Preferred
Familiarity with SWIFT messaging services
Basic knowledge of SQL
