QMS Account Executive

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across pharmaceutical, biotech, and life science accounts
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities for QMS implementation, validation services, technology consulting, and compliance-focused solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Quality, IT, Regulatory, and Manufacturing leaders
Understand client challenges and present tailored service offerings that align with regulatory, operational, and digital transformation needs
Collaborate with Delivery, Solution Architecture, and Marketing teams to create compelling proposals, SOWs, and presentations
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report on sales metrics to leadership
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to position solutions effectively

Required

At least 5 years of sales experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector, preferably selling professional services or technology solutions
Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales quotas
Experience selling QMS, validation, quality, regulatory, or technology consulting services
Strong understanding of GxP, FDA, EMA, and other regulatory requirements impacting the industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
Ability to work as a team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
