Responsibilities

Communicate with Operations team to ensure pick sheets are accurate

Complete inventory allocation transactions in XD system while reviewing equipment testing, inspections and creating shippers and Testing Files

Institute best practices as they relate to shop operational management

Coordinate with Plant Management to improve inventory, testing and inspection processes

Validate equipment transfers from warehouse while team is unloading

Report scrap loads leaving the facility – Check against CO inventory

Recognize and suggest improvements to eliminate errors throughout operations

Ability to learn testing criteria, create and process using testing information

Create equipment move sheets

Assist operations leadership in process audits and improvement

Ability to adjust work schedule and/or work overtime

Assist leadership in tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S)

Working hands-on with equipment and testing machines
