Responsibilities

Identify and win dedicated fleet opportunities with enterprise and mid-market shippers
Build customer-specific fleet designs using insights from Operations and Pricing
Develop go-to-market strategies that grow CRST’s dedicated footprint in key markets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customer decision-makers
Lead negotiations and structure multi-year agreements that balance value and profitability
Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth transitions from sale to implementation
Use customer data, industry trends, and competitive insights to refine strategy
Represent CRST at customer meetings, industry conferences, and events

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven success selling asset-based or dedicated transportation solutions
Experience designing and launching customer-specific fleet programs
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to analyze market data and customer needs to build profitable solutions
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office

Preferred

Four-year degree
Experience selling to national or enterprise-level accounts
Ability to use performance data to support pricing and design decisions
Cross-functional collaboration experience with operations, pricing, and leadership
Strong executive-level communication and consultative selling skills
