Responsibilities

Optimization of Tax & Finance processes: support the implementation of projects pipeline by mapping AS IS, identifying gaps and proposing TO BE alternatives

Lead and follow up meetings with the relevant areas, ensuring all responsible areas are aligned with the project, executing their actions on time by applying suitable project management methodologies

Critical analysis of the processes identifying gaps / conflicts / overlaps and opportunities for improvement following project governance requirements

Support, collect information, study and participate in the actions related to the implementation/update/improvement of systems

Enable integration between data and business for strategic decision-making

Prepare and standardize Business Process Procedures, create training materials and train all areas involved in the process

Actively participate in forums related to Tax and Finance digital transformations

Follow up KPI's of project, tracking efficiencies, delays, interdependencies

Holistic approach to solve business process complexities within finance and tax compliance
