Assistant Manager, Digital Advertising

The Assistant Manager, Digital Advertising is responsible for executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, focusing on conversion optimization and collaboration with internal teams to align media efforts with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions
Manage Google Ads campaigns (PMax, Display, Search) with different bid strategies to minimize CPA while maximizing performance and return on investment
Oversee Bing Ads campaigns to expand reach and improve conversion rates through strategic targeting and budget allocation
Develop and implement email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including automation flows and segmentation strategies to grow and maintain an engaged subscriber base
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness
Leverage full-funnel marketing approaches to optimize audience targeting and engagement
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize ROI and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure strategies remain competitive and effective
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to align media strategies with business goals while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Required

A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field required
3+ years of experience in media buying and digital advertising
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and other social platforms
Strong understanding of bid strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting techniques
Proficiency in Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms
Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies
Ability to leverage data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.) to optimize performance
Strong communication and organizational skills to work with various stakeholders

Preferred

Google Ads Certification and Meta Blueprint Certification are a plus
Prior experience in the food industry is a plus
