New Grad, Entry LevelLevin Furniture & Mattress is seeking a Merchandising Assistant to support their Buyers and drive product success from concept to store shelf. The role involves organizing advertising materials, extracting and manipulating data, managing product setups, and collaborating with Buyers on pricing and signage coordination.

Responsibilities
Organize, collect, and submit advertising materials for the Buyer
Maintain ad planning system records and assist with updates and changes
Extract and manipulate data from internal systems (EIS, Storis) to create reports and spreadsheets that support business decisions
Handle product setup, purchase order entry, and updates (cancellations, shipping extensions, future planning)
Communicate with vendors to ensure smooth order processing and merchandise receipt
Collaborate with Buyers to review price changes, update systems, and ensure stores receive accurate tags and signage
Manage and distribute point-of-purchase materials and vendor signage to stores as needed
Qualification
Required
A recent graduate with a degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
Detail-oriented and organized, with strong communication and time management skills
Comfortable working with data and learning new systems
Eager to grow in a fast-paced retail environment and contribute to a collaborative team
