Responsibilities

Collaborate with SMEs and the internal training team to assess existing materials, determine what to update versus build from scratch, and develop new, SCORM-compliant eLearning content
Design and develop 15–20 interactive eLearning courses (10–45 minutes each) using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Adobe Captivate
Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and enhance course interactivity and learner experience
Manage the full eLearning development lifecycle—scoping, storyboarding, timelines, reviews, stakeholder communications, and quality assurance
Design engaging graphics and presentations that align with brand standards, using tools like Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint
Support the evaluation and implementation of a new LMS/LCMS, offering insights and lessons learned from previous system rollouts
Translate complex technical and compliance topics into clear, engaging, and instructionally sound learning experiences
Work collaboratively across a 12-person communications team, balancing multiple projects and adapting to evolving priorities

Qualification

Required

Strong experience developing SCORM-based eLearning and using Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, or Adobe Captivate
Hands-on coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend functionality and refine user experience within eLearning tools
Proven ability to manage eLearning projects from concept through delivery; formal project management certification not required
Deep understanding of UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, and modern learning design
Graphic and presentation design skills using Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint, and related tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working independently and coordinating with diverse stakeholders
A natural curiosity and self-driven approach—able to navigate ambiguity while maintaining momentum and producing high-quality results
