Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between clients and external banking partners to resolve operational and service-related issues
Open new accounts with multiple financial institutions; review subscription documents and prepare due-diligence materials
Deliver exceptional service on client requests, inquiries, and transactions with accuracy and timeliness
Collaborate with internal teams—including Portfolio Managers, Operations, Accounting, Office Management, and Executive Assistants—to ensure seamless workflows
Maintain strict adherence to compliance and documentation protocols
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to multi-task, follow up consistently, and manage competing priorities
Preferred
Spanish fluency strongly preferred (written and verbal)
