Responsibilities

Assist the APM C4-T in development and acquisition of handheld and man-packable radios, terrestrial communications hardware/software, SATCOM infrastructure, and related C4 systems

Develop management plans for acquisition and installation of C4 systems in accordance with standard criteria and program requirements

Support preparation of SOOs, SOWs, APBs, SAMPs, and acquisition/contract strategies for C4 programs

Assist in specification development, cost/resource identification, T&E planning, and life-cycle support (operations, maintenance, replacement)

Required

Minimum 10+ years working with tactical C4 systems (radios, SATCOM, networking, communications), including 3–5+ years in acquisition or systems engineering roles for DoD

Proven experience supporting formal requirements, acquisition, and life-cycle documentation

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
