Responsibilities

Coordinate Technical Engineering needs with the business units of Goodyear, capture user stories, make technical proposal and review implementation with the team and the belonging suppliers

Coordinate, prioritize all belonging work to successfully release new hardware or new software features

Review with other Goodyear engineering teams, hardware support for new feature development and integration. Support vehicle integration including reverse engineering

Monitor Key HW KPI in Fleet Testing, Process cloud data and manage dashboard design for best engineering support

Contribute to continuous improvement of product and process. Bring system requirements from fleet solutions to the Hardware and Software engineering teams

Required

7+ Years of experience in the design, testing of automotive systems and/or IoT device required

Practical experience in system debugging, root cause analysis

Experience in data processing skills with scripting languages like Python or Matlab M

Experience in hardware testing, environmental, electric, EMC testing

Working experience with automotive development process: A-Spice / ISO26262 / Scrum

Preferred

Experience in automotive hardware / system engineering (signal conditioning, data acquisition, data transmission, environmental testing and certifications) is an asset

Knowledge in automotive CAN bus, standard protocols like UDS, OBDII communication processing and decoding

Knowledge in wireless data transmission system (LTE 4G, Bluetooth LE, Wifi...) as well as network protocols is an asset
