Develop new business and leverage existing client relationships to expand Integral’s existing business portfolio and capabilities

Serve as principal-in-charge on key projects

Staff development, coaching, and mentoring

Leadership in achievement of company goals

Key advisor to Investigation and Remediation business director

Qualification

Required

Candidates should hold an advanced degree in engineering, hydrogeology, geology, or similar field

M.S. or Ph.D. in civil or environmental engineering, hydrogeology, geology, or related field

Recognized expertise in the investigation and remediation of contaminated sites and/or drinking water treatment

15+ years of experience in environmental engineering and consulting

Proven track record in developing and capturing environmental consulting business, and supporting or leading growth of an environmental engineering or remediation practice

Proven leadership on engineering and/or remediation projects as a strategic advisor to clients

Excellent written and oral communication skills

A desire to grow both intellectually and professionally

Possess strong organizational abilities

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team of scientists and engineers

Preferred

Licensed P.E. or P.G. preferred
