Responsibilities

Provide expert leadership and management for high-visibility, mission-critical DoD projects and programs, overseeing the design, prototyping, and testing of manned and unmanned airborne, shipborne, fixed, and mobile system platforms, including sensors

Supervise the evaluation and integration of sensors, materials, and equipment into aircraft designs, ensuring interoperability, reliability, and performance

Lead teams to optimize technical processes, enhance testing equipment, drive innovation, and provide training on system operations and testing procedures, ensuring the successful execution of complex airborne projects aligned with defense objectives

Required

10 years of experience required, at least 5 of those years must be specific to sensor technologies and systems within the DoD

Master's degree in an Engineering discipline

Active Top Secret Clearance required
