Responsibilities
Assist with basic accounting, documenting processes, recording journal entries, account analysis
Support the Finance & Accounting team in day-to-day operations and special projects
Collaborate with team members on setting up annual budget & budget templates
Attend meetings and contribute ideas to ongoing projects
Engage with customers for collection of payments
Recovery of debt and resolve outstanding balances
Maintain and keep records of payments collected
Perform required phone work, including speaking with clients and internal teammates to communicate clearly and professionally
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel
Basic understanding of financial principles and procedures
Superb verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable and confident communicating via phone with clients and internal team members
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Driven and career focused
