Responsibilities

Prototyping integrated thermal systems such as tubular heaters mounted onto metal assemblies

Working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment with frequent changes and evolving priorities

Hands-on engineering experience in machine shops and lab settings—not limited to desk work

Running product tests to validate performance, reliability, and design intent

Building next-generation solutions that push the boundaries of thermal technology

Adapting quickly to shifting responsibilities and project scopes

Solving real-world problems through physical builds, experimentation, and collaboration

Contributing directly to innovation in a dynamic, team-based setting

Developing flexibility and resilience in response to customer needs and rapid iteration cycles

Strengthening in-person collaboration skills by working on-site five days a week
