Qualification

Required

2–4 years of experience as a frontend or fullstack engineer (CS degree or equivalent background)
Strong frontend development skills with React (or Next.js) and TypeScript
Excellent visual and interaction design skills — able to take ideas from concept to polished UI
Deep understanding of HTML, CSS (or TailwindCSS), responsive design, and accessibility
Experience integrating with APIs and collaborating closely with backend engineers
A 0 → 1 builder mindset — comfortable owning both design and implementation from scratch
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative startup environments and balance speed with craftsmanship

Preferred

Experience creating or maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries
Familiarity with AI-driven UX (e.g., conversational interfaces, agent dashboards, or adaptive UI)
Prior startup experience where you wore both design and engineering hats
