Enterprise Audiovisual Programmer

Responsibilities
Perform Tier II and III preventative and corrective maintenance for enterprise AV systems
Crestron control system programming and module development (Simpl, Simpl+, Simpl#)
Extron control system programming
Audio digital signal processor programming (QSC, Tesira, Biamp)
Network configuration and troubleshooting (Cisco, Extreme, Netgear, HP)
Audiovisual equipment installation and configuration
System integration and automation
Graphical User Interface (GUI) design (touch panel modifications)
Sound reinforcement system alignment/calibration
Audio/video switching system administration and maintenance (Crestron, Extron, Evertz)
Troubleshooting and repair of electronic systems (Service Now tickets)
Project management (Customer ingress/egress)
Customer service and training (User education, event support)
Reading and interpreting complex schematics
System documentation and technical writing (User guides, system diagrams, rack elevations)
Qualification
Required
4 years of experience and Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, computer information systems, or a related field OR 8 plus years of industry experience in Audiovisual programming
Experience with automation and system integration capabilities
Experience modifying touch panels
Working knowledge of audio/video switching system administration and maintenance
Ability to create system and technical documentation
Experience with Crestron, Extron, Evertz platforms
Ability to quickly troubleshoot problems
This position requires ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance
Preferred
Project Management experience
Audiovisual experience working in heavily regulated industries or Federal space
