Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required
4 years of experience required
PE required
Driving is an essential job function or a valid driver's license is required to support legitimate business purposes
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Developing skills in Market Sector Software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, AviPlan, FAARFIELD 2.0)
Intermediate understanding of technical fundamentals
Ability to perform moderately complex design tasks independently
Ability to effectively divide projects into individual tasks
Ability to lead technical effort on small projects
Ability to perform quality control on basic deliverables
Strong understanding of scopes, schedules, and budgets
Ability to predict and deliver individual tasks within a set level of effort
Ability to consistently meet budget and schedule expectations on projects
Proficiently select from and employ FAA advisory circulars, FAA orders and engineering briefs, and state-specific standard specifications
Frequent client communications
Ability to resolve issues on small projects
Ability to attend client meetings
Ability to consistently use situationally appropriate communication tools
Ability to perform moderate to advanced levels of technical work on larger and more complex projects as assigned
Ability to operate with a moderate level of autonomy
Ability to assist with some project management tasks
Preferred
ADIP/AGIS preferred
3 years of experience required with advanced degree
