Responsibilities
Provide personalized legal representation to clients, assessing the unique needs and issues of each clients and drafting customized documents for them
Respond to client concerns to increase and retain business
Participate in industry organizations and affiliated committees in order to increase firm’s visibility in the community and within the industry
Represent the firm internally and externally
Other duties as needed to support the legal and management goals of the department
Qualification
Required
J.D. and an active California Bar license
5+ years' experience as a licensed California attorney
Significant Estate planning experience required
Strong legal research and writing skills with great attention to detail
Ability to manage a heavy caseload
Ability to multi-task and operate against inflexible deadlines both in a team environment and independently
Must be a self-starter and comfortable appearing before the Court
Organized and able to communicate respectfully with others
Willing to present seminars and webinars
Preferred
State Bar Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law certification
Litigation experience
Partial book of business a plus
