Build technical expertise while becoming a culture carrier for Bitdeer

Adapt in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively across teams

Contribute to Bitdeer's mission

Manage the greenfield and brownfield development of Bitdeer's data centers, from site selection and design to construction

Source and evaluate potential sites through partnering and negotiating with various external stakeholders (government authorities, utilities)

Work closely with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure the success of Bitdeer's data center projects

Develop a global mindset and collaborate with colleagues from other regions

Develop a multitude of skill sets both business and technical skills

Rotate within related business functions or cross-departments (subject to availability and business needs)

Deepen knowledge in the new and exciting industry, learn under mentorship and guidance of functional team leaders

Interact with senior management teams and the alumni GTT network
