RATP Dev USA is seeking a Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. The role involves developing and implementing recruiting strategies, supporting staffing needs, and managing the recruitment process to ensure operational headcount is met.

Responsibilities

Support the GM to identify staffing strategies to meet short and long-term headcount needs
Support location by meeting full operational headcount to ensure service levels are met
Forecasting. Proactively seeking recruitment strategies to support increased headcount needs
Partner with the corporate HR department to provide ongoing feedback regarding onboarding processes, and participate in HR corporate special projects as needed
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing need
Partner with community resources to create brand awareness and attract top talent
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews)
Review employment applications and background check reports to ensure proper authorization and hiring requirements are met
Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Evaluate turnover trends to ensure best-in-class employee engagement and retention solutions are implemented
Administer and facilitate all onboarding requirements, background, and drug screening ensuring hiring compliances are met for all new hires
Strict adherence and accountability to employee confidentiality and hiring compliance

Required

BS in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldwork for a minimum of 3+ years
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
Ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness, generate suggestions for improving work, and develop innovative approaches and ideas
Excellent verbal and written communication, record-keeping, and follow-up skills
Willing to work under tight deadlines and maintain exceptional judgment and discretion regarding sensitive matters
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships at all levels across the organization
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of effectiveness
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and HRIS software
