Responsibilities
Support the end to product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing and launch
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and help sprint planning and grooming
Maintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog that drives development efforts and ensures alignment with the product vision
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Qualification
Required
Product Development Skills
(MVP) design- Minimum Viable Product
Wireframing & to support product development and help sprint
Prototyping planning and grooming (Figma, Miro, etc.)
Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and help sprint planning and grooming
Maintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog that drives development efforts and ensures alignment with the product vision
Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers
Each analyst will work as FTE St product managers and create detailed requirement: like epic, user stories
Each analyst will work with 1-2 scrum team during the development stages, stipend scrum ceremonies, clarity the queries from teams, interact with engineer and stakeholders on a daily basis to remove the blockers
Overall drive the development progress and deliver the features
Preferred
Strong stakeholder management and articulation skills
Good Power point presentation skills
Excellent verbal communication skills
Work experience in Fintech or SaaS product companies preferred
Project experience with Payments, Credit Card and ACH
Work experience in large organization - exposure to project management governance and reporting environments
