Responsibilities
The Comfort Consultant leads in-home consultations with customers who are exploring system replacements or upgrades
This role focuses on education, trust-building, and guiding homeowners toward solutions that align with their comfort needs and budget
This position plays a key part in helping homeowners make informed decisions about their comfort needs while supporting our company’s growth and reputation for exceptional service
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain technical information in a way customers can understand
Self-motivated with excellent follow-through
Professional demeanor and customer-first mindset
Valid driver's license and good driving record
Willingness to flex schedule to meet customer availability when needed
Preferred
Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required
