Engaging with users across various channels and creating user-focused content
Creating videos, technical blogs, feature walkthroughs and more
Own the website, docs, blog and other user facing surfaces
Automate every aspect of your day-to-day and for the company
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience
US citizen/visa only
Demonstrable track record of excellence
Technical understanding of complex products
Strong communication skills
Passionate about product and user experience
Strong entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to engage with users across various channels
Experience in creating user-focused content
Ability to automate day-to-day tasks
Preferred
Experience as a senior product engineer
Understanding of the marketing stack and best practices
Experience in creating videos, technical blogs, and feature walkthroughs
Experience owning websites, documentation, and blogs
