Responsibilities

Responsible for Requirements, Development Support, and Integration of Operator Workstation capabilities multiple platforms and programs

Responsible for issue investigation and resolution

Responsible for submitting Bid and proposals

Responsible for documenting status and issues in Jira/Confluence

Considerable Systems or Software Engineering experience as a Subject Matter Expert working with Operator Interfaces

Comprehensive Knowledge to write capability/product requirement specifications

Able to work with customer, system engineers and system architects to develop requirements

Ability to test and troubleshoot Operator Interfaces on various platforms and programs

Ability to communicate effectively with software developers to explain requirements and use cases when needed

Strong written and verbal communication abilities a must

Required

Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum 10 years of prior related experience

Ability to communicate within and outside the organization which includes customers or vendors

Works with minimal supervision/oversight. Experience working successfully independently and in a team environment through an entire build cycle

Understanding of systems engineering life cycle
