They are seeking a Light Commercial Service Technician responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating and cooling systems.
Individual & Family Services
Responsibilities
Respond to scheduled service, preventative maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating and cooling systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair package units, split systems, and water source heat pumps
Repair and overall equipment, such as compressors, water pumps, air handlers, electrical and mechanical control devices
Perform full service and preventative maintenance on walk-in coolers, walk-in freezers, and ice machines
Repair, replace, or calibrate communication devices such as thermostats and switches
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience
2-5 years of experience with tonnage systems, chillers, boilers, VFD, DX and Hydronics or ability to learn
CRM scheduling software use; preferred ServiceTitan
EPA Universal Certification
TDLR credential
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check
Preferred
TWIC credential a plus but not required
