Manage water restoration and mitigation projects, primarily residential, ensuring customer satisfaction and project efficiency

Coordinate with technicians, adjusters, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution

Maintain accurate documentation, notes, and data entry for all ongoing jobs

Oversee project timelines, resources, and quality standards within a startup environment

Travel up to 1–2 hours depending on job location, with a schedule from Monday to Friday and on-call responsibilities every other week
