Responsibilities
Configure and deploy Cityworks and Trimble Unity applications
Support system administration, data migration (ETL), and integration with enterprise GIS (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online)
Recommend improvements based on system assessments and user feedback
Troubleshoot solution issues and support users throughout implementation
Execute test plans and ensure quality
Develop user guides, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures
Work closely with project managers, developers, and clients to ensure successful solution delivery
Present technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
Lead training sessions for administrators and end users
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
4+ years in GIS/IT solution delivery and enterprise integration
2+ years of directly supporting or implementing Cityworks solutions
Strong understanding of the Cityworks database and configuration methods
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong written and verbal communication
Familiarity with Esri's ArcGIS platform and geodatabase concepts
Preferred
Experience with Crystal Reports, Active Reports, Power BI, or SSRS
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL, HTML)
Background in data migration, ETL workflows, or system integration
Understanding of business process analysis and optimization
