Responsibilities

Frontline interaction to customer with a goal to position Lear as the supplier of choice

Lead cross functional teams on execution from award to implementation, and throughout life cycle

Create and lead implementation strategies to ensure alignment required for all disciplines to cross functional teams

Assist in development and achieving identified roadmaps, business plans, and other key metrics aligned for the sustainability and profitability of the program

Identify and grow relationships with cross functional team members local and internationally to obtain required goals and objectives

Become subject matter experts on assigned products, markets, customer, and competitors

Required

7 years of relevant experience
