They are seeking a highly motivated Legal Intern to assist their in-house legal team with transactional, regulatory, and compliance matters, providing valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Review commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, licensing agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements
Assist with due diligence reviews of third-party contracts and corporate filings
Monitor applicable federal, state, and international regulatory requirements (e.g., data privacy, consumer protection, industry-specific regulations)
Support internal compliance audit activities and documentation efforts
Conduct preliminary trademark and patent searches
Review intellectual property provisions in contracts and assist IP counsel in infringement and risk assessments
Research applicable case law and summarize findings in concise briefing memos for senior counsel
Assist in preparing materials related to ongoing or potential disputes
Maintain and organize documents in internal systems such as SharePoint and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
Assist with general legal operations and administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school or a recent law graduate
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Demonstrated interest in corporate, commercial, regulatory, or intellectual property law is a plus
