Responsibilities
Identify sales opportunities by leveraging procurement tools and websites to be alerted of new RFI/RFP’s
Perform initial triage of RFP’s and organizing the team with a synopsis of the opportunity
Manage the RFP Response process which includes the following:
Conduct kickoff calls
Developing a project schedule
Breaking down RFP’s into tasks and assignments
Working with team members to complete all areas of the response
Perform final review and submission of RFP
Responding to services RFP’s including implementations, projects and staff augmentation
Work closely with the sales team to understand the competition and proactively strategize win themes
Craft new content as necessary
Create and maintain RFP repository of generic templates
Tracking performance of RFP submissions (wins, losses, down selections)
Manage creation and accessibility of reusable content
Execute established sole source strategy in coordination with sales team
Enhance operating tasks within overall pursuit sprints as it relates to sole source and public procurements
Maintain a high level of professionalism in scheduling and correspondence
Develop and maintain RFP templates
Qualification
Required
Leverage AI tools to draft content, conduct research and analyze RFPs
Public sector experience
Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to track submission requirements with accuracy and precision
Have an eye for continuous improvement
Assertive nature
Ability to own mistakes and self-correct. Willingness to conduct formal and informal post-mortems as needed
Excellent communication skills including knowing when to over communicate as needed
Customer focused, solution-oriented, initiative driven
Ability to lead tasks to completion and recap/escalate when necessary
5+ years managing similar tasks
Strong written and verbal communication, strong presentation experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Copilot, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Expert level experience in Microsoft Word
