Northeast Treatment Centers is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Part-Time Facilities and IT Support Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of facilities while providing assistance to the IT team, including maintenance tasks and basic technical support.

Responsibilities

Assist with general maintenance tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and ensuring the overall tidiness of the office environment

Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs

Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed

Assist in coordinating office moves, furniture arrangements, and setups for meetings or events

Handle incoming deliveries and shipments, including sorting and distributing mail and packages

Provide basic technical support to employees on hardware and software-related issues

Assist with setting up workstations, including installing software and connecting peripherals

Troubleshoot common IT problems and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate IT personnel

Assist in maintaining IT inventory, including tracking equipment and ordering supplies

Assist in the implementation of IT projects and initiatives as needed

Required

Prior experience in facilities management or a related field preferred

Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving equipment

Flexible schedule with availability to work part-time hours as needed
