Responsibilities
30 Day: Learn how enterprise customers deploy and monitor their voice agents on Vapi
60 Day: Serve as the primary liaison to Enterprise customers—best-practice guidance, quarterly business reviews, and acting as a bridge to our Forward Deployed Engineering team
90 Day: Drive adoption and retention by proactively managing performance, roadmap alignment, and upsell opportunities
Qualification
Required
Experience with enterprise customers deploying and monitoring voice agents
Ability to serve as a primary liaison to Enterprise customers
Experience in providing best-practice guidance and conducting quarterly business reviews
Proven track record in managing performance, roadmap alignment, and upsell opportunities
Experience with Series B to F companies
Experience managing million-dollar F500 technical deployments
Preferred
Experience building your own startup
