Associa is seeking a high-performing sales leader to drive strategic growth and market expansion. The Director of Community Growth and Development will be responsible for leading client acquisition efforts, collaborating with senior leadership, and representing the company at industry events.

Responsibilities

Architect and execute strategic sales initiatives that fuel long-term growth
Lead high-impact client acquisition efforts in competitive markets
Identify and engage decision makers including HOA Boards, Developers, and industry partners
Collaborate with senior leadership and marketing to generate leads, craft proposals, and close deals
Deliver compelling presentations and confidently navigate complex negotiations
Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves and use that intel to win
Drive CRM excellence (Salesforce) and ensure every lead is nurtured with precision
Build, maintain, and leverage trusted relationships within the community association and vendor services ecosystem
Identify and unlock growth opportunities within existing territories
Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and client engagements
