Responsibilities

Hiring, training, and coaching inspectors and quality engineers while removing barriers to execution
Allocating resources, assigning work, and maintaining a metrics program to track performance and adverse trends
Communicating quality requirements, addressing concerns, and ensuring product acceptance and timely delivery
Managing financial responsibilities for quality activities and ensuring cost‑effective execution
Continuously identifying and implementing improvements to uphold the highest quality standards

Required

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access
The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance
A company-sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start

Allocating resources, assigning work, and maintaining a metrics program to track performance and adverse trends
Communicating quality requirements, addressing concerns, and ensuring product acceptance and timely delivery
Managing financial responsibilities for quality activities and ensuring cost-effective execution
Continuously identifying and implementing improvements to uphold the highest quality standards

Preferred

STEM degree at Bachelors level or higher preferred
Manufacturing experience
Knowledge of Aerospace standards: AS9100, AS9102, AS9103
Working knowledge of SAP
Working knowledge of root cause and corrective action processes
Experience in Six-Sigma green belt techniques and statistical process control methods
Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to work in a collaborative and team based environment
