Responsibilities

Provide technical direction for design and manufacturing of all transformer products

Lead product optimization and cost reduction projects to improve profitability

Assist Sales departments with order processing and loading bill of materials into ERP system

Review and revise material specification requirements with vendors and suppliers. Assist Supply Chain department with material changes, drawing revisions, consolidation projects, and commodity cost reduction

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and/or Power Systems with 5 years of transformer design experience

In lieu of an engineering degree, equivalent of 15+ years of experience with Transformer Design, Manufacturing, Testing, and/or Field will be considered

5 years of experience using AutoCAD 2D or comparable software

3 years of experience using SolidWorks, Inventor, or comparable software
