Responsibilities

Partner with key program stakeholders to help execute signature Students & Grads Program Events (Experience Weeks, Onboarding, Graduation) supporting event and logistics support services (fun events, catering, swag, hotel room blocks, etc.) in accordance with Capital One's support process, standards and systems
Manage program budgets, which includes tracking, forecasting, and auditing information on a regular basis
Help manage, identify, and implement process improvements that enhance the associate experience and/or operational efficiency
Ensure compliance to policies and procedures through monitoring and coaching
Coordinate ongoing campus hire and internship trainings and communications
Manage program communications, including drafting and editing information to be distributed through Team calendar, Google Site, mailbox, newsletter and Slack
Build and own relationships with internal clients, stakeholders, and external vendors
Maintain upkeep of Google Drives and Google Sites spaces
Ability to quickly and effectively adapt to change
Help escalate issues to ensure efficient resolution
Proven problem solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Ability to embrace new systems and process enhancements
High degree of professionalism and integrity when interacting with all customer contacts

Required

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 1 year of experience in corporate event planning or project management
At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree or military experience
At least 2 years of experience in corporate event planning or project management
At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Experience working in an agile environment
