UM Customer Support Representative
PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network serving approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County area. The UM Customer Support Representative is responsible for providing customer service support to the Utilization Management department for medical group members and providers via telephone and emails.

Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Able to prioritize and delegate effectively
High attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of medical terminology
Develops and maintains effective working relationships with all levels of management, staff, providers, and members
Maintains an understanding of current CPT/HCPCS and ICD-10 codes
High School Graduate or equivalent certification
Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Minimum of two years' experience in a managed care, IPA, or health plan environment
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
