Responsibilities

Responsible for the product financials (OE Growth, Margin as Sold %, Innovation IRR) for the region's hardware while ensuring that the product strategy supports Westinghouse's overall strategies and goals

Improve product life cycle and lead product evolution from concept to retirement to maximize value with ties and support from the technology roadmaps and other product strategies

Collaborate across the organizations to align and lead the product strategies

Define and once validated, implement business cases in consideration of Product Strategy to grow Westinghouse market share

Support development of product roadmaps: including new product introduction gate reviews, while understanding necessary time to market

Collaborate with appropriate colleagues within the Business Organization (i.e. Sales Managers, Commercial Integration, Global Marketing) and the external customer to lead business opportunities and decisions

Support Capture Strategy Meetings and Customer Assessment Meetings with strategic Customer and product insight

Monitor segment-specific market trends, customer buying patterns and competitors move to feed product marketing plan and support capture activities

Required

B.S. degree in engineering or business management, information technology or computer science required

7+ years of experience in product management, business or operations with increasing progression and complexity and levels

Experience with financials in general (relationship of sales, margin and OE), the generation of financial plans and how to positively improve margin/EBITA

Knowledge of and familiarity with PWR nuclear fuel and fuel engineering product

Preferred

Master's degree in business administration helpful
