The Audio Visual Technician III will be responsible for the setup and operation of basic to large-scale audiovisual systems, including design, installation, and maintenance of AV systems.

Design, plan and install AV systems

Provide AV installation project oversight and updates

Inventory AV devices and materials intended for installation

Test and verify functionality of newly installed AV systems

Perform AV system maintenance and repair as needed

Required

Must possess at least a high school diploma or GED equivalency

Excellent experience with audiovisual or other electro-mechanical installation techniques, or field servicing

Experience working in public places (schools, city/state offices, etc.)

Industry certifications (Panduit, Systimax, BICSI, etc.)

Valid driver's license required

Preferred

Formal education in electronics or a related field preferred

Beginning or entry level industry/manufacturer certifications/training, examples include: AVIXA, QSC, Crestron, CTS, Extron, Shure, Synaudcon entry level training

OSHA 10

Aerial lift certification

Fall protection certification/training
