Responsibilities
Assist in resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and workplace issues in a fair and consistent manner
Conduct fact-finding and assist with employee investigations under guidance of the Employee Relations Manager
Support supervisors and managers with coaching, corrective actions, and performance management
Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values and policies
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies across night shift operations
Educate employees and supervisors on policies, procedures, and expectations
Maintain accurate and confidential records of all employee relations activities
Serve as the primary HR support for night shift workforce needs
Communicate employee concerns or patterns to HR leadership
Assist with attendance, employee coaching, and shift-related HR issues
Complete structured HR and operations training on day shift
Support night shift onboarding for new employees once training is completed
Assist with creating reports, documenting investigations, and updating employee files
Provide HR-related support during audits and compliance checks
Collaborate with Payroll, Safety, Benefits, and other HR functions as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to work independently during night shift operations
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
Preferred
Bachelor's preferred
Minimum 2-3 years HR or employee relations experience preferred
