Responsibilities
Engage directly with the largest and most complex enterprises in the world
Advise customers throughout their transformation using Box's technology
Build trusting relationships and improve customer strategies
Translate business needs into actionable execution plans
Lead multiple complex projects or initiatives while maintaining attention to detail
Conduct customer-facing presentations and work with senior leaders
Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls
Design and implement solutions that integrate Box with core systems to streamline collaboration, document automation, and compliance
Apply AI or machine learning in financial services to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making
Qualification
Required
You have 4+ years in software implementation or Consulting
You have at least 4+ years in SaaS industry
You have led multiple complex projects or initiatives at once while still being laser-focused on detail
You are an excellent multi-tasker and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
You are experienced in customer-facing presentations and have a consistent record of working with senior leaders
Experience working directly with banking and insurance clients to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, data mappings, test plans, user training, and internal controls
Deep understanding of key industry processes such as loan origination, underwriting, claims management, policy servicing, customer onboarding, and regulatory reporting
Proven ability to design and implement solutions that integrate Box with core systems (e.g., Guidewire, Salesforce, nCino, Temenos) to streamline collaboration, document automation, and compliance
Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services—such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation—to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making
