Director, Salesforce

Responsibilities
Define and own the long-term, scalable global roadmap for the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.) and all integrated business applications
Serve as the primary liaison and consultant to C-Suite and VP-level business leaders, translating complex business objectives into efficient, high-impact technical solutions
Oversee the architecture, design, development, and deployment of complex Salesforce solutions, ensuring performance, data integrity, and compliance with high security standards
Lead, mentor, and manage a hybrid team of internal administrators and developers, as well as external consulting partners, defining best practices for system delivery and quality assurance
Drive continuous improvement in core business processes (Lead-to-Cash, Opportunity Management, Forecasting) by leveraging advanced Salesforce features and automation tools
Lead comprehensive change management programs to maximize user adoption and ensure consistent use of the platform across a rapidly scaling global workforce
Leverage emerging AI technologies and intelligent automation to enhance business processes, optimize decision-making, and unlock new opportunities for growth and efficiency
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, administration, development, and ecosystem management within an enterprise environment
3+ years of experience managing technical teams (internal and/or external) focused on scalable Salesforce delivery
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions for high-growth B2B companies, preferably in FinTech, SaaS, or Blockchain
Deep expertise in multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud and CPQ experience required)
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and consult with C-Suite executives and translate business vision into technical requirements
Strong understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements in a regulated financial environment
Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant/Architect certifications)
