Responsibilities

Review and verify documents: Meticulously review and verify all loan documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state and federal laws

Prepare closing documents: Prepare and audit all necessary closing documents, including the final loan documents for the borrower's signature

Coordinate scheduling: Schedule and coordinate the closing process with all parties involved, such as the borrower, lender, and title company

Ensure compliance: Ensure that all loan terms, disclosures, and closing documents comply with all applicable regulations and the lender's guidelines. Familiar with TRID, RESPA, State laws

Resolve discrepancies: Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues within closing documents to ensure a smooth and successful closing

Communicate with stakeholders: Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties throughout the closing process
