Responsibilities
Create high-quality, photorealistic renderings of interior and exterior spaces for multifamily residential projects
Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and marketing teams to interpret design intent and translate it into compelling visual assets
Develop 3D models and apply materials, textures, and lighting to achieve realism and brand consistency
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to refine visual outputs
Prepare renderings for various platforms including web, social media, brochures, construction fence banners, and presentations
Maintain organized asset libraries and rendering templates for efficient workflow
Project manage and coordinate overflow work with third-party studios to meet overlapping deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural visualization or rendering
Strong portfolio showcasing interior and exterior renderings with a high level of realism and design sensitivity
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as: 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, Revit, etc
Adobe Photoshop or similar for post-production
Understanding of composition, lighting, and materiality in architectural visualization
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Willing to accept feedback and grow as an artist
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate production methods to those not familiar with the field of visualization
