Develop industry knowledge
Learn client development and litigation skills
Take an active role in all aspects of matters

Qualification

General litigation experienceFinancial services industryCalifornia BarCourt experienceJudicial law clerk experienceInterpersonal skillsWriting skillsOral communication skills

Required

3-5 years of relevant general litigation experience, preferably in the financial services industry
Court experience and candidates who have served as judicial law clerks would be considered a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams
Strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills
California Bar is required
