Responsibilities

Collect usage data from multiple network and service platforms
Transform raw usage records into billable formats
Integrate mediation outputs seamlessly into BRIM/FICA billing systems
Perform real-time, high-volume transaction processing with low latency
Detect, manage, and correct errors or anomalies in usage data
Configure SAP Convergent Mediation rules, workflows, and system settings
Optimize system performance and throughput
Conduct end-to-end testing and validation to ensure accurate billing data

Required

Strong hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Mediation

Ability to configure mediation workflows and optimize performance

Preferred

Telecommunications billing or usage processing background preferred
