Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing technical sales team
Build and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals
Drive new business growth while expanding relationships with existing customers
Manage full sales cycles, including complex technical proposals and contract negotiations
Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities
Ensure effective use of Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools (e.g., PandaDoc)
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and customer service teams
Provide accurate sales reporting, KPIs, and forecasts to leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
Background in industrial machinery, capital equipment, or manufacturing systems (food processing a plus)
Strong technical acumen with experience in complex, project-based sales
Proficiency with Salesforce, CPQ tools, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to travel as needed and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
